General Claims

For any claim under a Beacon Policy, it should be sent to our Claims department in our Salmon Arm Office.

Insured Customer

If you are the Insured customer, please contact your Insurance Broker / Agent.

Brokerage/Agency

If you are a Brokerage or Agency, please provide full details of the loss, by submitting online or faxing a "Notice of Loss" 1-250-832-3222

Depending on the nature of the loss and the Insurer involved, your client will either be contacted by an in-house claims person or an independent adjuster.
